Founder & Owner

With more than 25 years of experience in wellness and aesthetics, Annette Daniels has dedicated her career to helping people look and feel their best—both inside and out. As the Founder and Owner of Novi Skin & Body Center, she has built a practice centered on personalized care, lasting relationships, and comprehensive solutions that support confidence, health, and overall well-being.

Annette's career began in the fitness and wellness industry, where she worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and nutrition coach. Her passion for helping others achieve their goals eventually led her into aesthetics, where she expanded her expertise as a makeup artist, licensed esthetician, laser technician, and cosmetic tattoo artist. Today, her unique background allows her to take a holistic approach to patient care, addressing beauty, wellness, and self-confidence from every angle.

Licensed as an esthetician and certified in laser treatments, makeup artistry, and permanent makeup, Annette performs nearly every treatment offered at Novi Skin & Body Center. She is especially passionate about helping women experiencing hair loss restore their confidence through brow restoration and permanent makeup services, as well as partnering with patients on transformative weight loss and wellness journeys.

Known for her compassionate and highly personalized approach, Annette believes patients should determine their own path while she serves as their guide and trusted partner along the way. She values the meaningful relationships she develops with her patients and considers the trust they place in her to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. Her goal is for every patient to feel safe, valued, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.

As the leader of Novi Skin & Body Center, Annette is most proud of the exceptional team she has built—a group of talented, compassionate female practitioners who share her commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. She believes what truly sets Novi Skin & Body Center apart is its concierge-style approach, where every patient receives individualized attention, honest guidance, and customized treatment plans designed around their unique goals.

Outside of the practice, Annette enjoys spending time with her husband and children, especially traveling together and creating lasting family memories. A fun fact many patients enjoy learning is that she was named after actress Annette Funicello, a favorite of her father's. Annette's philosophy is simple: prioritize sleep, wear sunscreen, and invest in your health and confidence. Through education, support, and personalized care, she is committed to helping every patient become the healthiest, most confident version of themselves.

Licensed Esthetician

Isabella Sumner is a Licensed Esthetician at Novi Skin & Body Center with a passion for helping patients look and feel their absolute best. With five years of experience in aesthetics, Isabella combines advanced skincare knowledge with a genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships with her clients.

Her journey in aesthetics began while assisting Annette during the early stages of Novi Skin & Body Center before earning her esthetics license from Brighton Institute of Cosmetology. Isabella has completed advanced training through ClearSkin Institute, Face Reality Acne Specialist certification, SkinBetter Science education, and extensive training in the treatments offered at Novi Skin & Body Center.

She specializes in facials, laser treatments, laser hair removal, microneedling, dermaplaning, and lash extensions. Isabella is especially passionate about laser-based treatments and creating customized treatment plans that help clients achieve long-term confidence in their skin.

Known for her honesty, integrity, and caring approach, Isabella focuses on educating patients while creating a relaxing and supportive experience. She believes skincare is a journey, and she loves celebrating every milestone alongside her clients.

When she's not in the treatment room, Isabella enjoys fishing, working out, spending time with family and friends, and has been playing hockey for over 15 years.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector | Women's Wellness Advocate | The Riding Injector

Terra Lee, RN, is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector and women's wellness advocate serving patients throughout the Detroit metropolitan area. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, Terra combines extensive clinical expertise, advanced aesthetic training, and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

Terra began her nursing career in critical care, caring for medically complex patients in the Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit before spending the past 18 years specializing in Obstetrics. Her experience supporting women and families during some of life's most meaningful moments has shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach and commitment to delivering safe, individualized care. Over the last several years, Terra has focused her career on aesthetic medicine, where she combines science, artistry, and advanced injection techniques to create natural, balanced results.

She specializes in facial rejuvenation and facial balancing using Botox®, dermal fillers, regenerative platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation therapies. Her philosophy centers on enhancing each patient's natural beauty while preserving their unique features, helping them achieve refreshed, confident, and authentic results. Terra is particularly passionate about women's health, sexual wellness, and empowering patients through every stage of life. She believes confidence and self-care are important components of overall wellness and takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that support both aesthetic goals and long-term well-being.

Committed to ongoing education and clinical excellence, Terra has completed advanced training through the Allergan Medical Institute, Beautiphi Academy of Advanced Aesthetics, and Kyle Farr Aesthetics. She also maintains certifications in ACLS, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). In addition to injectables, she provides Helix CO₂ laser resurfacing, radiofrequency microneedling, regenerative therapies, and customized medical-grade skincare programs.

At Novi Skin & Body Center, Terra values the collaborative environment, advanced technologies, and shared commitment to patient education and natural-looking results. She enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel empowered, confident, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey. Known as "The Riding Injector," Terra brings the same sense of confidence, authenticity, and adventure to her life outside of medicine. She is a proud mother of three and grandmother of two who enjoys motorcycle riding, horseback riding, singing, and spending time with family and friends.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Brie Gardner is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Novi Skin & Body Center who combines extensive clinical experience with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. With a background in emergency medicine and advanced aesthetic training, Brie is dedicated to creating natural, confidence-boosting results through personalized treatment plans. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Brie spent a year working on a Medical-Surgical unit before transitioning to Emergency Medicine, where she has cared for patients during some of life's most critical moments. She currently continues her education at the University of Michigan, where she is pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree and is expected to graduate in 2027.

Brie began her aesthetic training with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and has completed advanced injectable education through Allergan Medical Institute, including specialized training in Botox®, dermal fillers, and cannula techniques. She has also completed advanced education with SkinBetter Science and Cellenis Derma, and is certified in HydraFacial®, Glo2Facial®, and VI Peel® treatments. Her specialties include Botox®, dermal fillers, skincare consultations, Skinvive™, microneedling, and Helix laser treatments. Brie is especially passionate about injectables and helping patients achieve refreshed, balanced, and natural-looking results. Her philosophy is simple: aesthetic treatments should enhance a person's natural beauty, never change who they are.

Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, Brie takes time to understand each patient's goals and create customized treatment plans that align with their vision. She particularly enjoys working with first-time aesthetic patients, helping them feel comfortable, educated, and confident throughout their journey.

Outside of the office, Brie enjoys running, spending time with her husband and three dogs, and catching up with friends. She loves analyzing facial balance and symmetry and brings that artistic eye into every treatment she performs.

Brie believes one of the things that makes Novi Skin & Body Center special is its welcoming, down-to-earth culture and commitment to providing honest recommendations and realistic expectations that put patients first.

Office Manager

Kelli Linde is the Office Manager and a Certified Medical Assistant at Novi Skin & Body Center, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare experience to the practice.

Throughout her career, she has worked in primary care, internal medicine, home care, and wellness settings, developing a strong passion for helping patients improve their health and confidence.

As a key member of the Novi Skin & Body Center team, Kelli oversees daily operations while providing hands-on patient support, including appointment coordination, phlebotomy assistance, weight loss program support, product management, and patient follow-up care. She is particularly passionate about weight management and hormone optimization, and enjoys encouraging patients throughout their wellness journeys.

Known for her warm personality and compassionate approach, Kelli strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, supported, and valued from the moment they walk through the door. Her favorite part of her role is serving as a cheerleader for patients as they work toward achieving their goals.

Outside of the office, Kelli enjoys boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, taking long walks with her dogs, and spending time listening to her record collection.

Office Manager

As a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare, beauty, and patient care, Georgette brings her knowledge and love for aesthetics into her role as Office Manager at Novi Skin and Body Center. With a background in customized facials, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare treatments, she understands the importance of personalized care and helping every patient feel confident in their skin.

In her role as Office Manager, Georgette is dedicated to creating a welcoming patient experience, supporting the team, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Her passion for aesthetics and commitment to patient satisfaction make her an integral part of the Novi Skin and Body Center team.

Outside of the office, Georgette enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and staying active through regular workouts.

Georgette’s mission is to create a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As a licensed esthetician and office manager, she is passionate about skincare, patient care, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. She strives to ensure every patient feels valued, supported, and cared for while helping her team deliver exceptional service and personalized care. Her goal is to combine her love for aesthetics with her commitment to patient satisfaction, creating an environment where beauty, wellness, and confidence come together.

Licensed Esthetician

With more than 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Lisa Aloisio is a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin and renewed confidence. Her lifelong love of skincare and beauty inspired her transition from a successful career in interior design into aesthetics, where she discovered her true calling: helping others look and feel their best.

Throughout her career, Lisa has completed extensive advanced training in laser technologies, microneedling, body contouring, and a variety of advanced facial rejuvenation modalities. She specializes in laser skin rejuvenation, skin resurfacing, body contouring, and customized skincare treatments designed to address each patient's unique concerns and goals. Lisa believes that education is one of the most important components of successful treatment outcomes. She takes time to listen carefully to her patients, understand their concerns, and develop realistic treatment plans that deliver meaningful, long-term results. As a mature practitioner herself, she brings a relatable perspective to many of the age-related concerns her patients experience and enjoys partnering with them throughout their aesthetic journeys.

Her favorite part of her work is helping patients achieve healthier skin and watching their confidence grow as they begin to see and feel the results of their treatments. Lisa strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident that they are receiving the safest and highest quality care possible. One piece of advice she frequently shares is that "skincare is 80% of skin health," emphasizing the importance of consistent home care alongside professional treatments.

At Novi Skin & Body Center, Lisa values the supportive, family-like culture and the team's shared commitment to excellence. She appreciates the practice's dedication to ongoing education, advanced technology, and providing patients with the most effective treatments available.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her children and granddaughter, practicing yoga, reading, visiting museums, attending Mass, enjoying live music, theater, and discovering great restaurants. A fun fact about Lisa is that she is a lifelong Elvis Presley fan and attended his final Detroit concert in April 1977 when she was just eight years old.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector | Facial Balancing & Male Aesthetics Specialist

Roger Yonce, RN, is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Novi Skin & Body Center with more than 11 years of nursing experience and eight years specializing in aesthetic medicine. Combining a strong foundation in critical care with advanced injectable training and an artistic eye for facial harmony, Roger is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, refined results that enhance their confidence while preserving their individuality.

Roger began his nursing career in 2015, spending six years in the Intensive Care Unit, where he developed extensive experience in clinical assessment, patient safety, and caring for medically complex patients. In 2018, he expanded his career into aesthetic medicine, bringing together his clinical expertise with a passion for facial anatomy, artistry, and personalized patient care. After relocating from Atlanta to Michigan, Roger continues to maintain his critical care skills while pursuing his Nurse Practitioner degree with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care.

Committed to clinical excellence and continuing education, Roger has completed advanced injectable training through Allergan Aesthetics, Galderma, Merz Aesthetics, and Evolus. His specialized education includes cadaver-based facial anatomy training with internationally recognized educator Dr. Sebastian Cotofana, the Allergan Medical Institute ELEVATE Program, advanced dermal filler techniques, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies.

Roger specializes in Botox® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and midface volume restoration. He has a particular interest in restoring facial harmony through precise, strategically placed injectable treatments that create refreshed, natural-looking results. His philosophy centers on enhancing each patient's existing features rather than changing their appearance, allowing them to age gracefully and confidently on their own terms.

Roger is especially passionate about male aesthetics , recognizing the growing interest among men in skincare, facial rejuvenation, and preventative aesthetic treatments. He strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where men feel comfortable exploring their options. With an understanding of masculine facial anatomy and proportions, Roger develops individualized treatment plans designed to maintain strong, balanced, and naturally masculine features.

Known for his compassionate, thoughtful, and safety-focused approach, Roger believes exceptional aesthetic outcomes begin with trust, education, and open communication. He takes time to understand each patient's concerns and expectations, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and empowered throughout their treatment experience. His guiding philosophy is that less is often more, and the most beautiful results are those that leave patients looking refreshed while remaining unmistakably themselves.

Outside of aesthetic medicine, Roger is passionate about fitness and bodybuilding. As a competitive NPC Men's Physique athlete, he understands the dedication required to achieve personal goals and enjoys helping others pursue their own fitness journeys. He also loves traveling, exploring new destinations, and spending time with his partner and their Boston Terrier, June Soleil. A self-proclaimed true crime enthusiast, Roger enjoys a good mystery and rarely passes up an intriguing documentary.
